About Agenticise
More Hours for Growth, on a System You Own
Built to Bridge the Ownership Gap
Agenticise was founded in early 2025 to solve a problem we saw everywhere: growing businesses struggling with manual, time-consuming processes while enterprise-grade AI automation remained frustratingly out of reach.
Most automation providers were either selling generic tools or building complex systems that businesses could not actually use. We knew there was a better way.
Founder David Packman spent 20+ years scaling commercial teams across HealthTech, FinTech, InsurTech, and digital agencies, including Chief Growth Officer roles at Blueberry Life and GoodBox and Global Marketing Director at Wexer. The pattern was consistent: businesses needed bespoke AI automation that fit their workflows, not generic tools shipped at enterprise pace. So he built Agenticise to deliver exactly that.
That hybrid background, commercial growth experience paired with hands-on technical automation capability, is the methodology in a sentence.
We do not just build what you ask for. We help you figure out what will actually drive revenue, save meaningful hours, and support your growth strategy. Read David's full background →
Today, Agenticise works with mid-market companies across commercial and sales teams, marketing agencies, professional services, and construction and built-environment businesses. Every build has one goal: an intelligence system the business owns outright, compounding every month it runs.

Our Mission & Values
The principles that shape who we work with, how we engage, and what we say no to.
Our Mission
To make production-grade AI platforms and automation accessible and affordable for ambitious businesses and their partners. AI should drive growth, not just trim costs, and everything we build is owned by the business that runs on it.
Our Values
Education Over Sales
We teach you how automation actually works, including when you do not need an agency at all. An informed client makes better decisions, and we want long-term partners, not one-quarter wins.
You Own What We Build
Every system belongs to the business that runs on it. No lock-in, no rented intelligence, an asset that compounds and stays yours if we ever part ways.
Human in the Loop
Anything customer-facing, regulated or irreversible keeps a person in the decision. Automation removes the busywork, never the judgement.
Outcomes, Not Tools
We measure ourselves on hours given back and capacity freed for growth, not the number of tools deployed. If a build will not move that number, we say so.
How We Work
A 5-stage methodology applied to every engagement: discovery and assessment, strategic planning, implementation, training and adoption, optimisation. Education-first throughout, with humans in the loop on every decision that matters.
We share the full framework, including KPI targets per phase and decision points, on the services page.

Frequently Asked Questions
Four things. First, education-first methodology: we will tell you when you do not need an agency, and we map the highest-leverage workflow before any build. Second, direct founder involvement on every engagement, not an account-manager layer. Third, mid-market specialisation, with pricing and pace built for ambitious growing businesses rather than enterprise or startup. Fourth, ownership: multi-agent Claude Code orchestration delivers production-grade platforms in weeks rather than quarters, and everything we build belongs to you from day one. The full methodology and the five-question vetting checklist live on the services page.
Agenticise was founded by David Packman in early 2025. David spent 20+ years scaling commercial operations across HealthTech, FinTech, InsurTech, and digital agencies before founding Agenticise, including Chief Growth Officer roles at Blueberry Life (specialist life insurer) and GoodBox (FinTech), and Global Marketing Director at Wexer (digital fitness, 50+ countries). He is a twice agency founder. David runs every engagement personally; specialist contributors are brought in per project for specific technical or design needs.
Agenticise is a UK-registered company (Company number 16487822) based in London. The methodology, pricing model, and language are optimised for mid-market businesses, with UK SMEs as our primary market. We work with non-UK clients in English-speaking markets where the workflows and compliance landscape map cleanly to UK norms; if you are outside the UK, the discovery call is the right place to discuss whether we are the right fit.
All client data is treated as confidential by default. We sign NDAs as standard, follow UK GDPR for any personal data the automations process, and store credentials in encrypted secret managers rather than shared documents. Automations are designed to keep regulated data inside your existing systems wherever possible; we route through your stack rather than ours. Specific data residency requirements (UK-only, EU-only) are discussed in scoping and we can route model traffic through UK-resident endpoints if required.
No. Our approach is "human-in-the-loop" by default: AI handles repetitive, time-consuming tasks while your team focuses on strategy, relationships, and decision-making. Anything customer-facing, regulated, or irreversible keeps a human in the decision. The goal is to give the team back the hours they should have been spending on customers, strategy, and judgement in the first place.
No. We handle all the technical implementation, testing, and maintenance. You provide access credentials (we guide you through this) and attend brief training sessions, but no coding or technical expertise is required. The methodology is education-first, so by the end of the engagement your team understands how the automations work and can make minor adjustments themselves.
