As most of the online services, our website uses first-party and third-party cookies for several purposes. First-party cookies are mostly necessary for the website to function the right way, and they do not collect any of your personally identifiable data.

Our AI roadmap tool

We treat the following as strictly necessary for the AI roadmap tool you asked to use, so the cookie banner does not switch them off:

  • ai-roadmap-progress-v1 (local storage) - Saves your answers on this device as you go, so you can pick up where you left off. It is cleared once your roadmap is made.
  • ai-roadmap-owned (local storage) - Remembers which roadmaps this device created, up to the last 20, so the person who made a roadmap sees the right banner and isn't invited to answer the questions again. If you've accepted analytics cookies, we also use it to count your own views of a roadmap separately from those of people you forward it to.
  • ai-roadmap-greeting (session storage) - Holds your first name for a moment so your new roadmap can greet you. It is read once and deleted straight away.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile - Runs on the roadmap and contact forms to check you are not a bot. On the contact form it only starts once you begin filling it in. Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser signals for that check. Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum explains what it collects.
