Working with Agenticise
What does Agenticise build?
We build automations, agents and platforms around how one business works, rather than selling them off the shelf. Each one adds to an intelligence system you own, built to production standard and live in weeks.
What do you mean by an intelligence system?
It's the working knowledge of your business, such as how you quote, who your customers are and what good looks like, kept in one place and kept current. Your agents and automations draw on it, and it grows as you work.
How does a typical project work?
We start with a call that finds the workflow worth automating and answers build, buy or wait honestly. Then we scope and build in 4 to 8 weeks, train your team, and stay on to improve it if you'd like us to.
How long does a build take?
A focused build goes live in 4 to 8 weeks. We start with the most valuable piece, so it earns its keep early, then add to it.
Do we need technical knowledge to work with you or run what you build?
No. We handle the build and hand over systems designed for your team to use, not maintain. Anything hands-on is documented in plain English.
What happens on the free call?
We map your most time-consuming workflow, talk through where automation genuinely helps and where it doesn't, and give you an honest view of what a build would involve. No obligation.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
We're UK-based and UK-focused, and work further afield where the fit is right, in British English and to UK data-protection standards.
Ownership and IP
Do we own what you build for us?
Yes. The code, data, workflows and everything the system has learned are yours, built in your own accounts. When a project ends, it all stays with you. We keep only our general methods and know-how.
If we stop working together, can we keep running the system?
Yes. The build and the data are yours, so you're never locked in. Where a system runs in your environment you simply keep using it. Where we host part of it, we agree a clean handover up front.
Who owns the code, workflows and configuration?
You do. The workflows, configuration and any custom code written for you belong to you. Some builds run in your own cloud and some we manage as part of a partnership, but ownership sits with you either way.
Data security and privacy
How do you keep our data secure?
We build with least-privilege access and keep credentials in your own secure stores rather than ours, so we hold no more of your data than a build needs. Sensitive or irreversible steps keep a person in the loop by default. Security is designed in, not bolted on afterwards.
Is our data ever used to train AI models?
No. We build on business-grade AI services rather than consumer tools, so your inputs aren't used to train AI models. The systems we build are yours.
Does our data ever leave the UK?
Your systems run in your own environment. When an automation calls an AI provider for a step, that step is processed under the provider's terms, which can be outside the UK, and you control exactly what data it sees. We're happy to walk through the specifics on a call.
How do you comply with UK GDPR?
We work to UK GDPR throughout, from how systems are designed to how access is granted, and we're happy to put a data-processing agreement in place. Our own practices are set out in our privacy policy.
Training and support
Do you train our team to use and own the system?
Yes. Training and adoption are part of every project. We hand over systems your team understands and trusts, with plain-English documentation, so the value keeps growing whether or not we're in the room.
What ongoing support do you provide?
After go-live, many clients keep us on to monitor, maintain and improve what we've built as the business changes. You get a direct line to the people who built it, not a ticket queue.
What happens if something breaks?
Systems we manage are monitored and covered by rapid-response support, so issues are usually caught and fixed before they reach your team. Automations are built to fail safely, with a person in the loop on anything sensitive.
What if our processes change after launch?
That's expected, and it's what the ongoing partnership is for. As your processes change, we adapt the automations with them.

Will AI replace my team?
No. AI takes the repetitive work, and your team keeps the strategy, relationships and judgement calls. The point is to give people back hours for the work that needs them.
Pricing
How much does a project cost?
Every build is scoped to what you need, so there's no price list. On a free call we'll map your needs and give you a clear scope, timeline and price before you commit to anything.
Do you work on retainer or per project?
Project first. A focused build runs 4 to 8 weeks, with scope and price agreed up front. Afterwards you can keep us on in an ongoing partnership to maintain and improve the system.
