From there we scope and build the system, train your team to run it, then stay on to maintain and improve it. You are involved at the decision points and shielded from the busywork.
Most foundation builds ship in a matter of weeks rather than months. We work in small, visible increments, so you see something real early and can steer it, rather than waiting quarters for a single big reveal.
No. We handle the technical build and hand you systems designed for your team to use, not to maintain. Anything that stays hands-on is documented in plain language, and human-in-the-loop steps keep people in control of the decisions that matter.
We map your most time-consuming workflow, talk through where automation genuinely helps and where it does not, and give you an honest view of what a build would involve. There is no obligation, and we will tell you if the timing is not right.
We are UK-based and UK-focused, and we work with businesses and agency partners beyond the UK where the fit is right. Every engagement runs in British English and to UK data-protection standards.
Ownership and IP
Yes. You own your data and the automations and intelligence systems we build for you. Wherever we can, we build inside your own accounts and tools, for example n8n workflows that live in your own n8n instance, so what you own is also in your hands. We keep only our general methods and know-how, never your data or your bespoke build.
Yes. Because the build and the data are yours, you are never locked in. Where a system runs in your own environment you simply keep using it, and where we host or manage part of it we agree a clean handover up front, so you always know how you would carry on without us.
You do. The workflows, configuration and any custom code written for your engagement belong to you. Hosting is agreed per project, some builds run in your own cloud and some we manage as part of a partnership, but ownership of the build sits with you either way.
Data security and privacy
We build with least-privilege access and keep credentials in your own secure stores rather than ours, so we hold no more of your data than a build requires. Sensitive or irreversible steps keep a human in the loop by default. Security is designed into how a system is built, not bolted on afterwards.
No. Your data is not used to train AI models. The automations and AI we build are built for you and owned by you, and we build on business-grade AI services rather than consumer tools, so your inputs are not fed back into model training.
Your systems run in your own environment. When an automation calls an AI provider for a specific step, that step is processed under the provider's terms, which can be outside the UK, and you stay in control of exactly what data those steps see. We are happy to walk through the specifics for your build on a call.
We operate to UK GDPR throughout, from how systems are designed to how access is granted, and we are happy to put a data-processing agreement in place for your engagement. Our own practices are set out in our privacy policy.
Training and support
Yes, training and adoption are part of every engagement, not an afterthought. We hand over systems your team understands and trusts, with plain-language documentation, so the value keeps compounding whether or not we are in the room.
Most clients stay on a long-term partnership where we monitor, maintain and keep improving what we have built as the business changes. You get a direct line to the people who built the system, not a ticket queue.
Systems we manage are monitored, maintained and covered by rapid-response support, so issues are caught and fixed quickly, usually before they reach your team. Automations are built to fail safely, with a human kept in the loop on anything sensitive.
That is expected, and it is a big reason the partnership model exists. As your processes evolve, we adapt the automations alongside them, so the system keeps fitting the way you actually work rather than freezing on day one.

Pricing
Every build is bespoke and scoped to what you need, so there is no fixed price list. As a guide, foundation engagements typically fall between £6,000 and £25,000, with an ongoing partnership from there. You get a clear scope and figure before any work starts.
Both, though most work is a long-term retainer partnership, where we build, train your team, then maintain and keep improving the system. We also take on one-off foundation projects where that fits better. Either way, the scope and cost are agreed with you up front.
